On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m. and hand in the room key at reception. Thank you.

Please contact reception if you require special beds and linens or are dependent on certain foods.

Anti-slip mat:
You will find an anti-slip mat for the shower and bathtub in the closet of your room.

A current directory of doctors including emergency service lists is available at reception. If you do not feel well, please contact reception immediately. Extension: 100

You can find many hygiene items on the bathroom balage. Shower cap, ear swabs, cotton pads and much more. You can also find shoe shine utensils and sewing kits there.
Bathing shoes/slippers can be found in your closet in the room. We will be happy to provide you with a bathing stool and a bathroom scale.

We would be happy to provide you with a fluffy bathrobe for a deposit fee of €10.00. Please let our housekeeper know by calling 100.

Our cozy hotel bar invites you to relax or have a drink every day from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Baby bed:
We have some baby and cots available. Please inform our reception if you need a cot or baby bed.
We also have a baby bathtub, high chair and children's dishes at the reception.

In the wardrobe you will find a wool blanket. If you would like an additional duvet free of charge, please inform our housekeeper by calling 100.

Library 1:

For our guests in the Villa Royal, our second library is available on the ground floor behind the refrigerator (minibar).

Ironing service:
If you need an ironing service or laundry service, please contact our reception and we will be happy to take care of it for you. Please plan for an ironing service
1 hour per item of laundry.
There is also a laundry room in the basement with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron, trouser press and ironing board for your use.
If you would like an iron and/or ironing board in your room, please contact reception.

We change your bed linen twice a week. If you would like a daily change, please speak to our reception.
We are also happy to provide you with only one change of linen for environmental reasons.

Café terrace garden:
When the weather is nice, our café terrace is open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

We have a modern cable television system and new television sets. Our system can receive many programmed channels. It is possible,
that you can find TV programs on a different channel than at home. We politely ask you not to change the TV settings. All available channels
are programmed. There is a program overview next to the TV for orientation.

For special occasions, please contact our reception or the Zum Niko restaurant directly.

Fitness room:
The room is in the basement. You can train here on the ergometer, stepper and strength training equipment every day from 10:00 a.m. to midnight.

Escape routes:

Your incoming mail will be ready for collection in your room locker at reception at approximately 11:00 a.m. Stationery and postcards
you can get it at reception. You can hand in your outgoing mail at reception.

We are classified with 3 stars according to the German Hotel and Inn classification and always strive to meet the specified standards
to comply with and fulfill the wishes of our guests. If a service is not to your satisfaction, please notify us
at the reception.

Smoke detector:
Our hotel rooms and hotel corridors are equipped with smoke detectors. If the smoke detectors give an ALARM, please report it to us immediately.

You can borrow umbrellas for free at reception. In the interest of other guests, we ask that you return the umbrellas after use

Our restaurant serving Greek specialties is open Monday and Tuesday and from Thursday to Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

If you hand it in at reception, it will be ready and returned to your room by 6 p.m. On weekends and public holidays on request. The hotel
is not liable for shrinkage, discoloration or lack of color fastness of the items.

A selection of popular daily newspapers is available free of charge in the foyer.

The main switch for the room lighting is located directly at the room entrance.

The Pet Guide

Dear guests,

we are a very pet-friendly and animal-loving hotel. We are always happy to accommodate guests with four-legged family members.
To ensure that all of our guests can do this without incident, we have created this guide. Here you will find the go's and the no go's.


- Dogs may only be kept on a leash in the entire hotel area and the gardens. There are children in the hotel or guests who may be
  afraid of dogs.

- Dogs must also be kept on a leash on terraces or balconies without barriers so as not to disturb other guests.

- Dogs may not be left alone in the apartment without supervision. If this is necessary, we ask you to inform us at reception so that
  we can reach you immediately if there is any barking.

- You will receive free blankets at  reception, which you can place over couches or sofas as protection. People with allergies will thank

- Your room can only be cleaned if your pet is on a leash and supervised.

- Dogs are tolerated in the breakfast room as long as your dog behaves calmly, is on a leash and does not disturb other guests.
